The following rates were set:- Area 1 – 25.00p in the £, Area 2 – 12.25p in the £. The Chairman welcomed Miss Emma Alterton and Councillor Robert Wicks who were both attending their first meeting of the Board.

The Chief Executive reported the deaths of two long serving former employees of the Commissioners:- Mr John Moore (former St Germans Pumping Station Engineer) on the 28th January 2020 and Mr David Phillips (former Chief Engineer) on the 23rd February 2020. A rate of 26.0p was set.
