The Chief Executive reported the death of Mr Maurice Bunton, former St Germans Pumping Station Engineer, who died on the 4th May 2020.
Mr Jonathan Brown was appointed Chairman and Mr Hugh Whittome was appointed Vice Chairman of the Commissioners.
The Chief Executive reported the deaths of two long serving former employees of the Commissioners:- Mr John Moore (former St Germans Pumping Station Engineer) on the 28th January 2020 and Mr David Phillips (former Chief Engineer) on the 23rd February 2020.
A rate of 26.0p was set.

ADA has launched a Good Governance Guide for Internal Drainage Boards (IDBs). This has been produced with the assistance of the past Middle Level Commissioners Chief Executive and is a welcome addition to the suite of support documents published by ADA. Prior to the meeting, Members stood in silence as a mark of respect for Commissioner, Mr John Childs MBE, who died on the 26th April 2018.
