March & Euximoor Water Management Board
The March and Euximoor Water Management Board was constituted by Order on 16th July 2026.
The ministerial order states that all property, rights and obligations of the abolished Boards (the Euximoor Internal Drainage Board, and the March East Internal Drainage Board) are transferred to the new Board.
The Chair and Vice Chair will be appointed at a meeting of the Board in the near future. All policies and procedures of the abolished Boards will be transferred to the new Board and updated in due course.
All arrears of rates levied by the abolished Boards may be recovered by the new Board, as if they had been levied by the new Board.
All decisions made by the abolished Boards are carried forward and should be considered as if they were made by the new Board.
