Information Requests.

To enable us to efficiently process requests for information, and due to an increase in the number and scale of these requests by developers, we will only process such requests as either Floodplain/mortgage queries or the provision of Flood Risk information as per our existing services and fees.

However in more complex cases we recommend developers should enter into a paid pre application consultation.

Requests for information will only be answered when submitted in one of these formats.
